Java Codeex aims to describe its training services, schedules, fees, and inclusions clearly before enrollment. Because programs and delivery formats may differ, the written terms provided for the selected program will govern any refund request.
Before Enrollment
We encourage prospective students to ask questions about the curriculum, batch schedule, delivery format, prerequisites, and fees before payment. Contact us for clarification or a demo where available.
Cancellation and Refund Requests
Send cancellation or refund requests to contact@javacodeex.com with your name, payment details, program name, and reason for the request. We will review the request against the applicable enrollment terms and respond with the next steps.
Non-Refundable Costs
Where disclosed before purchase, completed sessions, consumed digital materials, administrative charges, or third-party costs may not be refundable. Any such limitation will be communicated as part of the applicable program terms.
Changes to a Program
If Java Codeex changes a schedule, trainer, or delivery arrangement, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate an alternative or next step to affected learners.
